SHIPPING
On average, credit card orders are shipped the same day, or the morning following the receipt of your order. All orders received after 6:00 PM EST Friday and orders placed on the weekend or public holidays will be shipped the next working day.

FedEx: Orders shipped FedEx Ground should arrive between 1 to 5 business days from the order date in the contiguous US and 3-7 days to Hawaii and Alaska. Items Shipped FedEx 2Day will arrive by 4:30 pm in 2 business days (from shipping) to most areas (by 7:00 p.m. to residences). Delivery to many areas of Alaska and Hawaii may take 3 business days.

International: All international order will be sent airmail via USPS.  Delivery times will vary across countries.

Note:  Once an order leaves our warehouse it is out of our control and the carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival (eg weather), but we will do everything we can to help you get your order to you fast.

When your order is shipped you will be notified via email of the date shipped, class of service, and tracking number, if applicable. At this time you will be able to track the status of your package by using our Track Order tool, which will you provide you with more detail on exactly where your package is and when you can expect it. TAXES
US Sales Tax
In accordance with applicable law, donkeyny.com currently collects sales tax in New York State. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order and is based on the shipment's destination address and local sales tax rates.

Customs/Import Duties
On International orders, customs and import duties may be applied once the shipment reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and will vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
