Browse our site to find the items you wish to buy and add them to your Shopping Cart. On the Shopping Cart page enter the Gift Certificate code at the bottom of the page in the area provided.
If the balance available on your Gift Card is less than the total cost of your order, you will be asked to provide credit card information.
If the balance available on your Gift Certificate is greater than the total cost of your order, a new Donkey Gift Certificate will automatically be issued for the remaining balance. This will be emailed to the address provided in your customer registration details.

Balances of Gift Certificates cannot be combined online with balances of other Gift Certificates. Please call if you have two certificates you would like to combine.
